`ORDER GRANTING MOTIONS AND REGARDING TRANSCRIPTS
`On May 17, 2024, appellant filed a transcript request form in
`this court. However, the transcript request form was not served on
`Litigation Services/Veritext, or any of the named court reporters. Denise
`Matt of Litigation Services/Veritext has now filed a motion indicating that
`it was first notified of the transcript request by an email from appellant's
`counsel dated June 24, 2024, and requesting an extension of time to prepare
`the requested transcripts. The motion is granted to the following extent.
`NRAP 3C(i)(1)(B). Appellant shall have 7 days from the date of this order
`to file proof of service of the transcript request form on Litigation
`Litigation
`reporters.

`Services/Veritext and•
`Services/Veritext and the named court reporters shall have 30 days from
`the date of this order to file the requested transcripts in the district court,
`deliver the transcripts to counsel, and file a certificate in this court
`acknowledging the date of delivery. NRAP 3C(d)(3)(E)(ii).
`Appellant's motion for an extension of time to file the fast track
`statement is granted to the following extent. NRAP 3C(i)(2)(B). Appellant
`shall have until August 23, 2024, to file and serve the fast track statement

`and appendix. Failure to timely file the fast track statement and appendix
