`ORDER DISAPPROVING STIPULATION

`The parties have filed a stipulation to dismiss this matter.
`However, the stipulation is improper. First, the stipulation is signed by
`
`attorney Robert Cassity, purportedly on behalf of petitioners. But Cassity
`is not counsel of record for petitioners. See NRAP 25(a)(5). In addition, the
`stipulation does not bear reproductions of the original signatures of Cassity
`
`and attorney Steve Morris as required. See NEFCR 11(c). Accordingly, the
`
`stipulation is disapproved. The parties may file an amended stipulation
`
`within 7 days of the date of this order.
`
`It is so ORDERED.
