`HEREBY,Upondueconsideration of the evidence on the history of the ownership of the

`vehicle, and being fully advised in the premises, the Court finds Petitioneris the lawful ownerofthe
`
`afore-mentioned vehicle, subject to any existing liens or encumbrances. The court approves said
`
`petition subject to all statutory requirementsfor issuance oftitle, upon application and payment of
`
`any applicable fees and taxes due, and upon applicant being otherwise eligible to obtain title. Costs
`
`taxed to Petitioner.

`Respondenthasinsufficient information to admit or deny the allegations contained in

`Petitioner's Petition, and therefore, pursuant to Rule 55.07 ofthe Missouri Rules of Civil Procedure,
`
`denies the same.
`

`A check with the Missouri State Highway Patrol showsthat there is no stolen record
`
`on this vehicle.
`

`Respondent has caused a search to be instituted in the records of the Missouri
`
`Department of Revenue and that said records show that Steve J. and Betty E. Subracko, 7100
`
`Rockhaven, St. Louis, MO 63123 is the last title owner of this motor vehicle in the State of
`
`Missouri.
`

`Sales tax on the purchaseprice ofthis motor vehicle will be due per §144.020, RSMo,
`
`at the timeoftitling, unless the tax has already beenpaid, or is otherwise inapplicable.
