`
`The Court held a Status Conference on July 18, 2022. Counsel for
`
`all parties were present. As discussed at that conference, the following
`
`deadlines are imposed:
`
`1. Plaintiff shall file all Amended Complaints by July 20, 2022.
`
`2. Any Motions to Dismiss shall be filed no later than August 10, 2022.
`
`3. Answers shall be due August 24, 2022.
`
`4. A Rule 26(f) Scheduling Conference shall be held on August 31,
`
`2022.
`
`If any Motions to Dismiss are filed, Defendants’ counsel shall
`
`coordinate to avoid duplicative briefing on issues common to all
`
`Defendants. Redundant briefing will not be permitted as it taxes the
`
`resources of the parties, counsel, and the Court.
`
`At least two business days prior to the Scheduling Conference,
`
`counsel shall file a joint Rule 26(f) Report and Proposed Scheduling Order
`
`
`

`using the template for patent cases provided in the Court’s practice
`
`guidelines.
`
`In addition to scheduling matters, all counsel should also be
`
`prepared to discuss the following at the Scheduling Conference:
`
`1. The parties’ proposed candidates, if any, for appointment as a
`
`technical advisor to the Court;
`
`2. An update on any settlement discussions that have taken place
`
`prior to the Scheduling Conference or are scheduled to take place;
`
`3. An update on Defendants’ intention to request inter partes review
`
`of any patent at issue in this litigation; and,
`
`4. The status of the newly-filed cases against Mercedes and FCA.
`
