`Plaintiff Neo Wireless LLC (“Neo”) and Defendant Apple Inc. (“Apple”) jointly move to

`dismiss with prejudice all claims asserted in the above-captioned matter, pursuant to Federal
`
`Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(2). Neo and Apple also agree that each party will bear its own
`
`costs, attorneys’ fees and expenses.

`Accordingly, Neo and Apple jointly move for dismissal pursuant to Rule 41(a)(2) under
