`a Patent application for Letters Patent of the United States entitled METHODS AND

`APPARATUS FOR OVERLAYING MULTI-CARRIER AND DIRECT-SEQUENCE

`SPREAD SPECTRUM SIGNALS IN A BROADBAND WIRELESS COMMUNICATION

`SYSTEM (the "Application"), executed concurrently, herewith and naming the Assignors

`Waitical Solution, Inc. (formerly Walbell Technologies, Inc.), a corporation of

`Washington having its principal place of business at Suite D159, 1750 112th Ave. NE,

`Bellevue, Washington 98004 ("Assignee"), desires to acquire the entire right, title and
`
`interest in and to the Invention(s) and the Application, and in and to any patents
`
`(collectively, "Patents") that may be granted for the Invention(s) in the United States or
`
`in any foreign countries.

`For valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which Assignors
`
`acknowledge, Assignors hereby sell, assign, and transfer to Assignee, its successors,

`were transferred to NEOCIFIC, INC., including the Applications.

`in the Applications were initially assigned to WALTICAL SOLUTIONS, INC. as reflected

`INC. includes an inadvertent error. The error is that WALTICAL SOLUTIONS, INC. is

`identified in each assignment as WALTICAL SOLUTION, INC. The omission of the "s"
`
`was a typographical error. The correct spelling of the company name is WALTICAL
`
`SOLUTIONS, INC. Attached as Exhibit J is an online printout from the Washington
`
`Secretary of State showing that the correct spelling of the company name is WALTICAL
`
`SOLUTIONS, INC., as incorporated in Washington on November 7, 2003. Accordingly,
`
`the current assignee, NEOCIFIC, INC. hereby requests correction of the inadvertent
`
`error in each assignment recorded at the Reel/Frame numbers listed in column (6) of
`
`the table.
