`American Honda Motor Co., Inc. and Honda Development & Manufacturing of

`America, LLC (collectively “Honda”); Nissan North America Inc. and Nissan Motor
`
`Acceptance Corporation a/k/a Nissan Motor Acceptance Company LLC
`
`(collectively “Nissan”); General Motors Company and General Motors LLC,
`
`(collectively “GM”); and Tesla, Inc., (“Tesla”) respectfully notify the Court that on
`
`October 24, 2023, the Patent Office granted Volkswagen’s request for ex parte
`
`reexamination of U.S. Patent No. 10,771,3021 on all petitioned grounds, covering all
`
`claims of the patent. Certain IPR petitions that sought to join previously filed
`
`petitions also received institution decisions or denials since Defendants’ October 5
`
`status update (ECF No. 186). At this time, Defendants are not aware of any further
`
`updates regarding the other post-grant proceedings identified in the October 5 status
`
`update.
`
`An updated table summarizing the post-grant proceedings on the asserted
`
`patents is provided below. In the chart, the instituted proceedings are shaded green,
`
`the denied petitions are shaded peach, and the IPRs pending the PTAB’s Institution
`
`Decision and Reexam Petitions pending the Patent Office’s Decision remain white.
