`Following this Court’s request at the November 28, 2022 status conference,
`
`Defendants Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. and Volkswagen Group of America
`
`Chattanooga Operations, LLC (collectively “Volkswagen”), along with Mercedes-
`
`Benz USA, LLC (“MBUSA”), notify the Court of the status of the inter partes
`
`review (“IPR”) petitions filed before the United States Patent and Trademark
`
`Office’s Patent Trial and Appeal Board (“PTAB”).
`
`Below is a summary of the IPR proceedings filed on the patents asserted in
`
`this litigation by Neo Wireless LLC (“Neo Wireless”). Also provided below is a
`
`listing of anticipated dates for any institution decisions by the PTAB.
`
`As further discussed during the November 28, 2022 status conference, an IPR
`
`petition is being prepared by Volkswagen on the remaining patent asserted by Neo
`
`Wireless—United States Patent Number 8,467,366. Volkswagen intends to file that
`
`petition in the next few weeks.
`
`There are currently no other IPRs pending on the patents asserted in this
`
`litigation by Neo Wireless. Defendants Volkswagen and MBUSA will promptly
`
`advise the Court on the status of any resulting institution decisions once they are
`
`made by the PTAB.
