`This matter having come before the Court upon the joint request of the
`
`parties;
`
`WHEREAS, Plaintiff UUSI, LLC d/b/a Nartron has moved to stay the
`
`above-captioned case numbers 2:13-cv-10444 and 2:13-cv-11704 and has
`
`requested that the Court hold all dates in abeyance pending resolution of the
`
`motions to stay (D.I. 61-62 in 2:13-cv-10444 and D.I. 42 in 2:13-cv-11704);
`

`IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, subject to the Court’s

`approval, that all deadlines in case numbers 2:13-cv-10444 (D.I. 37, 57-60) and

`2:13-cv-11704 (D.I. 25, 41) are temporarily stayed pending the Court’s decision on
`
`Plaintiff’s motions to stay.
