`I, Arthur W. Coviello, hereby declare as follows:

`I am an attorney admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the

`District of Columbia, and the State of California. I am special counsel at the law firm of Wilmer
`
`Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP (“WilmerHale”). WilmerHale is counsel for Defendant
`
`Akamai Technologies, Inc. (“Akamai”) in this action. I provide this declaration in support of
`
`Akamai’s Reply in support of its Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings.
