`Pursuant to the Court’s Electronic Order (ECF No. 65) dated June 17, 2020, Plaintiff
`
`Caris MPI, Inc. (“Caris”) and Defendant Foundation Medicine, Inc. (“FMI”) jointly submit this
`
`status report to the Court concerning the progress of the Parties’ respective appeals and cross-
`
`appeals of the IPR Final Written Decisions concerning four of the five patents-in-suit.1
`
`On November 23, 2020, FMI filed Responsive Briefs in Case Nos. 20-1886, -1890, -1930
`
`regarding IPR Nos. 2019-00164, 2019-00170, and 2019-00171 and Case Nos. 20-1887, -1888, -
`
`1889 regarding IPR Nos. 2019-00166 and 2019-00203. Caris filed Reply Briefs on February 12,
`
`2021 in Case Nos. 20-1886, -1890, -1930. Caris’ Reply Briefs in the remaining cases are due on
`
`February 16, 2021. The Parties expect appellate briefing on all matters will be complete in
`
`March. No hearing date has been set.
`
`The parties will submit another joint status report to the Court in 120 days.
`
