`Pursuant to the Court’s Electronic Order (ECF No. 65) dated June 17, 2020, Plaintiff

`Caris MPI, Inc. (“Caris”) and Defendant Foundation Medicine, Inc. (“FMI”) jointly submit this
`
`status report to the Court concerning the progress of the parties’ cross-appeals of the IPR Final
`
`Written Decisions to the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
`
`On October 13, 2020, Caris filed Opening Briefs in Case Nos. 20-1886, -1890, -1930
`
`regarding IPR Nos. 2019-00164, 2019-00170, and 2019-00171 and Case Nos. 20-1887, -1888, -
`
`1889 regarding IPR Nos. 2019-00166 and 2019-00203. FMI’s Responsive Briefs are due
`
`November 23, 2020. No hearing date has been set.
