`Pursuant to Local Rule 83.5.3, I, Janine Lopez, respectfully move for the admission of
`
`attorney, Wallace Wu, to appear and practice as counsel, for defendant Foundation Medicine,
`
`Inc., in the above action pro hac vice. In support of this motion, I state the following:

`I am an associate with the law firm of Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer, LLP, 601
`
`Massachusetts Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20001. I am a member of the bar of the United
`
`States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

`Mr. Wu is counsel with Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer, LLP, 777 South Figueroa
`
`Street, 44th Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90017. As stated in the accompanying declaration (attached
`
`as Exhibit A), Mr. Wu is admitted to the bar of California and also admitted to practice in the
`
`following federal courts: US District Court, Central District of California, US District Court,
`
`

`Northern District of California, US District Court, Southern District of California, and the US

`Mr. Wu is a member of good standing in every jurisdiction where he has been

`admitted to practice; there are no disciplinary proceedings against him as a member of any bar in
`
`any jurisdiction; and he is familiar with the Local Rules of the United States District Court for
`
`the District of Massachusetts.
`
`Accordingly, I respectfully move that Wallace Wu be admitted pro hac vice in the above
`
`captioned matter.
