`Pursuant to the Court’s Electronic Order (ECF No. 57) dated June 28, 2019, Plaintiff

`Caris MPI, Inc. (“Caris”) and Defendant Foundation Medicine, Inc. (“FMI”) jointly submit this

`status report to the Court concerning the progress of the IPRs and their completion dates.
`
`On May 13, 2020, the PTAB entered final written decisions in IPR Nos. IPR2019-00166
`
`and IPR2019-00203 (both relating to U.S. Patent 9,292,660). On May 28, 2020, the PTAB
`
`entered final written decisions for IPR Nos. IPR2019-00164 (U.S. Patent 8,880,350), IPR2019-

`00170 (U.S. Patent 9,372,193), and IPR2019-00171 (U.S. Patent 9,383,365).

`The Parties have conferred and agree that the stay should remain in place pending the

`outcome of the Federal Circuit appeal with on-going submission of joint status reports to the
