`Pursuant to the Court’s Electronic Order (ECF No. 57) dated June 28, 2019, Plaintiff
`
`Caris MPI, Inc. (“Caris”) and Defendant Foundation Medicine, Inc. (“FMI”) jointly submit this
`
`status report to the Court on the progress of the IPRs and their anticipated completion dates.
`
`On August 30, 2019, Caris filed its Patent Owner Responses for IPR Nos.
`
`IPR2019-00166 and IPR2019-00203. On September 19, 2019, Caris filed its Patent Owner
`
`Responses for IPR Nos. IPR2019-00164, IPR2019-00170, and IPR2019-00171.
`
`A final written decision for each of the IPRs is expected no later than May 30, 2020.
`
`The parties will submit another joint status report to the Court in 90 days.
`
