`Whitley be permitted to appear and practice in this Court as counsel to plaintiff Caris MPI, Inc.

`(“Plaintiff”) in this above-captioned matter. In support of this motion, I state the following:

`I am a principal with the law firm of Fish & Richardson P.C., One Marina Park
`
`Drive, Boston, MA 02210. I am a member of the bar of the United States District Court for the

`District of Massachusetts.

`Mr. Whitley is an associate with Fish & Richardson P.C., and is located at 1180
`
`Peachtree Street NE, 21st Floor, Atlanta, GA 30309.
`

`As set forth in the Certification of Dexter S. Whitley, pursuant to Local Rule

`83.5.3(e) (attached as Exhibit 1), Mr. Whitley is a member of good standing in every jurisdiction
`
`where he has been admitted to practice; there are no disciplinary proceedings against him as a
`
`member of any bar in any jurisdiction; and he is familiar with the Local Rules of the United
`
`States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

`Accordingly, I respectfully move that Dexter S. Whitley be admitted pro hac vice to the
