`The defendant, Carbonite, Inc. (“Carbonite”), by and through undersigned counsel, and
`
`pursuant to Local Rule 83.5.3, hereby moves for the admission pro hac vice of Jaimin H. Shah,
`
`an attorney at Dentons US LLP, 233 S. Wacker Drive, Chicago, Illinois, 60606-6361. Such
`
`admission is for the purpose of this case only. As grounds for this motion, Carbonite states as
`
`follows:
`
`1. Mr. Shah is duly admitted and licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois, the U.S.
`
`District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois, and the District of Colorado.
`
`2. There are no disciplinary proceedings pending against him as a member of the bar in any
`
`jurisdiction.

`3. Mr. Shah is familiar with the Local Rules for the United States District Court of

`Massachusetts; and
`

`WHEREFORE, Carbonite respectfully requests that this Court grant this assented-to

`motion and permit attorney Jaimin H. Shah to enter his appearance pro hac vice in the above-
`
`referenced matter.
