`
`
`
`
`
`The Patent Office has granted the sixth petition for inter partes review (“IPR”) filed by
`
`Defendant Sony Computer Entertainment America LLC (“SCEA”) against the five asserted
`
`patents in this litigation. Specifically, the Patent Office found “a reasonable likelihood that
`
`[SCEA] would prevail in challenging claims 1-11 of the ’892 patent,” i.e., U.S. Patent No.
`
`7,932,892. See Institution Decision at 18, attached as Appendix A. These claims represent all of
`
`the claims that SCEA challenged in its petition against the ’892 patent.
`
`
`
`As indicated in Defendants’ notices of May 22, 2015 (D.I. 37), June 1, 2015 (D.I. 38),
`
`and June 23, 2015 (D.I. 39), the Patent Office previously granted SCEA’s petitions for IPR of all
`
`challenged claims in U.S. Patent No. 7,463,245 (i.e., claims 1-20), U.S. Patent No. 7,667,692
`
`(i.e., claims 1-3, 5-13, and 15-20), and U.S. Patent No. 7,218,313 (i.e., 1, 3-14, 15, 16, 20,
`
`21-24, 26-29, 37-42, 44-51, 52-56, and 58-60).
`
`For the reasons set forth in Defendants’ briefing in support of their motion to stay (D.I.
`
`31 & 36), a stay of this litigation is appropriate.
`
`Respectfully submitted,
`
`
`
