`As set forth in the Scheduling Order, the court conducted a status conference on February
`
`14, 2020, to discuss the parties further reducing the number of asserted claims and prior art
`
`invalidity theories prior to claim construction. (ECF No. 48 ¶ 1(b), at 4.) This order is intended
`
`to reflect the court’s rulings in accordance with the parties’ agreements.
`
`1.) LoganTree, LP (“LoganTree”) shall reduce the number of asserted claims to 35 by
`
`February 21, 2020.
`
`2.) LoganTree shall further reduce the number of asserted claims to 15 by March 24, 2020.
`
`3.) Garmin USA, Inc. shall reduce its prior art case to 15 prior art invalidity theories by
`
`April 23, 2020.
`
`4.) The court extends the deadline for the parties to file a joint claim construction statement
`
`from March 20, 2020, to April 3, 2020.
`
`IT IS SO ORDERED.
