`Pursuant to this Court’s Trial Scheduling Order (ECF No. 229), Garmin submits its
`
`
`
`
`proposed jury instructions and verdict form, attached hereto as Exhibit A. While the parties
`
`reached agreement on the majority of jury instructions (ECF No. 258) and also reached agreement
`
`on most of the substance of the verdict form, the parties were not able to reach agreement on two
`
`damages related instructions or as to Question #1 of the verdict form. For the reasons explained in
`
`Garmin’s attached brief explanation and legal authority supporting its version of the outstanding
`
`proposed instructions and verdict form, Garmin respectfully requests the Court adopt Garmin’s
`
`proposed jury instructions and verdict form.
