`Garmin International, Inc. (“Garmin”) requests the Court grant the following motions in
`
`limine and preclude LoganTree from presenting arguments, testimony, or evidence as to each of
`
`the topics identified below:
`
`(1) Motion to Preclude Arguments, Testimony, or Evidence Outside the Scope of the
`Pretrial Order, with Specific Emphasis on Arguments, Testimony, or Evidence
`Relating to LoganTree’s Stricken Infringement Theories;
`
`(2) Motion to Limit the Mention of Theodore Brann’s Death to the Fact of his Passing;
`
`(3) Motion to Preclude any Mention of Garmin’s Size, Success, or Wealth;
`
`(4) Motion to Preclude Volkov’s 1%, 2%, 3% Royalty Rates, His Royalty Base and
`Garmin’s Total Revenues for Failing to Apportion, His Royalty Rates Derived from
`Garmin’s Licenses for Failing to Apportion, and the Licenses he Considered;
`
`(5) Motion to Preclude Argument, Testimony, or Evidence Pertaining to the Validity of
`the ’576 Patent, Including Garmin’s Inter Partes Review proceedings against the ’576
`Patent and the Related Appeals.
