`Before the Court is LoganTree’s Motion for Leave to File Under Seal Exhibit 1 to Its

`Motion to Exclude. For the reasons stated in the Motion and Brief in Support, the Court finds
`
`LoganTree has set forth a real and substantial interest in restricting disclosures to Garmin’s
`
`sensitive information which outweighs the public’s right of access. Accordingly, the Motion is
`
`GRANTED.
`
`It is therefore ORDERED that LoganTree’s motion, Doc. 217, is GRANTED and Exhibit
`
`1 to Its Motion to Exclude shall be filed under seal.
`
