`Before the Court is LoganTree’s Unopposed Motion for Leave to File An Amended
`
`Response in Opposition to Garmin’s Motion for Summary Judgment (“the Motion”). For the
`
`reasons stated in the Motion, the Court finds that LoganTree’s request for leave satisfies the
`
`relevant standards. Accordingly, the Motion is GRANTED.
`
`It is therefore ORDERED that LoganTree’s motion for leave, Doc. 201, is granted and
`
`Exhibit A to LoganTree’s motion shall be filed in this case as LoganTree’s Amended Response in
`
`Opposition to Garmin’s Motion for Summary Judgment.
`
`IT IS SO ORDERED.
`
