`COMES NOW, Plaintiff LoganTree LP, (“LoganTree”) and files this Notice of Death of
`
`Plaintiff’s Counsel, Christopher Barkley.
`
`With great sadness, LoganTree informs the Court that on January 16, 2022, Plaintiff’s
`
`patent counsel, Christopher Barkley, died suddenly and unexpectedly. Mr. Barkley was the chief
`
`patent counsel for LoganTree in this and other proceedings.
`
`LoganTree is working diligently to secure new patent counsel to replace Mr. Barkley in
`
`this litigation and is not seeking a continuation of any deadlines at this time. LoganTree and its
`
`remaining counsel are making every reasonable effort to hire replacement patent counsel in time
`
`to meet current deadlines.
