`Pursuant to D. Kan. Rule 7.2, Defendant Garmin International, Inc. (“Garmin”)

`respectfully requests the Court set oral argument on Garmin’s pending Motion for Summary
`
`Judgment and Memorandum in Support of Garmin’s Motion for Summary Judgment (ECF 190-
`
`191). Plaintiff has filed a response to the motion (ECF 194) and Garmin has filed a reply (ECF
`
`198).
`
`In support of this request, Garmin states that it believes oral argument would assist the
`
`Court in resolving Garmin’s motion by allowing the parties to address any technical questions the
`
`Court may have regarding the functionality of Garmin’s Accused Products, or technical statements
`
`made that are relevant to the validity of the claimed invention of asserted U.S. Patent No.
`
`6,059,576.
