`Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 56, D. Kan. Rules 7.1 and 56, and this Court’s Order (ECF No.

`185), Defendant Garmin International, Inc. (“Garmin”) moves for summary judgment of non-
`
`infringement and indefiniteness of Claims 1, 4, 20, 25, 36, and 134 of Reexamined U.S. Patent
`
`No. 6,059,576.
`
`For the reasons set forth in the accompany supporting memorandum, Garmin respectfully
`
`request this Court grant Garmin’s motion for summary judgment.
