`As stated on the record at the final pretrial conference on November 23, 2021, the court

`imposed the following deadlines: Garmin will serve the expert report of its non-infringement
`
`expert, William Michalson, by November 24, 2021, and LoganTree will depose Mr. Michalson
`
`on December 2, 2021.
`
`The parties reported that they are continuing to meet and confer regarding production of
`
`testing data and .FIT file data relied upon by LoganTree’s infringement expert. If a motion to
`
`compel becomes necessary, it is due by December 14, 2021, with the memorandum in support
`
`limited to seven pages. LoganTree’s response brief is due by December 23, 2021, and is limited
`
`to seven pages. Garmin’s reply brief is due by December 29, 2021, and is limited to two pages.
`
`IT IS SO ORDERED.
