`NOTICE OF GARMIN’S INTENT TO SEEK ITS REASONABLE EXPENSES FROM
`LOGANTREE
`
`Pursuant to this Court’s Order (Dkt. 138), Garmin hereby informs the Court and LoganTree
`
`that it intends to seek its reasonable fees and expenses incurred in connection with LoganTree’s
`
`request to print additional source code pages and the various motions associated therewith.
`
`Garmin’s fees and expenses already incurred total $44,853.66 for over 150 hours of work relating
`
`to motion practice, code review, and hearings (among other items). Garmin estimates additional
`
`fees of $15,000 up to $25,000 related to additional briefing on this issue.
