`I, Callie Pendergrass, declare and state as follows:

`I am a Senior Technical Advisor at Erise IP, PA. in Overland Park, Kansas. In my role, I
`
`assist the attorneys with technical matters at issue in patent litigation and inter partes review
`
`proceedings.
`
`I have personal knowledge of all the following facts and, if called as a witness, could
`
`and would testify thereto.
`
`2.
`
`I was in charge of printing and preparing the source code identified by Garmin following
`
`the discovery hearing with the Court on June 8, 2021.
`
`3.
`
`I printed 207 pages of source code that was labeled as GARMIN_SOURCE_000001-207.
`
`4.
`
`I directed that the above source code printouts be placed in a FedEx package, tracking
`
`number 774004190328, and had it sent to LoganTree’s expert, Monty Myers, at the address
`
`provided by LoganTree’s counsel: 3305 Northland Dr., Suite 305, Austin, TX 78731.
`
`5. Our records show it was successfully delivered on June 16, 2021:
