`Pursuant to the governing Protective Order (Dkt. 51, ¶ 7(c)(14)) and this Court’s Order

`(Dkt. 122, 3), Defendants Garmin International, Inc. and Garmin USA, Inc. (collectively
`
`“Garmin”) move for a protective order to prevent unnecessary printing of complete blocks of
`
`Garmin’s source code.

`Defendants respectfully request this Court grant Garmin’s motion and deny LoganTree’s request

`for additional printouts of Garmin’s source code. A proposed order granting Garmin’s motion

`has been sent to Judge Mitchell’s Chambers.
