`
`Inv. No. 337-TA-1426
`
`RESPONDENTS’ TENTATIVE WITNESS LIST
`
`Pursuant to the Procedural Schedule (Corrected Order No. 6, EDIS Doc. ID 842504),
`
`Respondents Hunan Sijiu Technology, Co. Ltd. (f/k/a Hunan Sijiu Electronic Technology Co.,
`
`Ltd.), and Guangdong Rongtu Technology Co., Ltd. (collectively, “HTVRONT” or
`
`“Respondents”) hereby identify the following tentative list of witnesses they may call to testify at
`
`the evidentiary hearing, either in their case-in-chief or for purposes of rebuttal. The following
`
`witnesses may testify by deposition, declaration, written witness statement (to the extent witness
`
`statement are ordered or allowed by CALJ Cheney), live testimony, televideo means, or otherwise.
`
`This tentative witness list is based on HTVRONT’s current understanding of the evidence
`
`and issues to be decided at the evidentiary hearing. Discovery is still in its early stages, expert
`
`reports have not yet been exchanged, and expert depositions have not yet occurred. HTVRONT,
`
`therefore, reserves the right to amend and/or supplement this list as necessary, including, but not
`
`limited to, based on fact and expert discovery and investigation, the forthcoming identification of
`
`testifying expert witnesses, the review of any other new or yet-to-be produced documents or
`
`depositions (whether fact or expert), as necessary.
`
`HTVRONT reserves the right to call any witness Complainant identifies and incorporates
`
`herein by reference Complainant’s witness list. HTVRONT may call any employee of
`
`1
`
`
`
`
`
`Complainant, even if their name does not appear on this list. HTVRONT may also call any
`
`recipients of subpoenas issued in this Investigation.
`
`HTVRONT reserves the right to call any person that a party notices for deposition, deposes,
`
`or that is identified during deposition; to call witnesses identified by, or called to testify at the
`
`hearing by, any party; and to call impeachment and rebuttal witnesses not identified below.
`
`HTVRONT also incorporates by reference all individuals identified in Complainant’s
`
`interrogatory responses, including all supplemental responses thereto, along with all individuals
`
`proposed to represent Complainant for topics in response to any corporate notice served by
`
`HTVRONT. HTVRONT further reserves the right to call witnesses to authenticate documents
`
`produced and/or relied upon in this Investigation to the extent that Complainant challenges the
`
`authenticity of those documents.
