`SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has
`determined not to review an initial determination (“ID”) (Order No. 6) of the presiding
`administrative law judge (“ALJ”) setting a 19-month target date of July 30, 2024.
`

`SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Commission instituted this investigation on
`December 30, 2022, based on a complaint filed by Advanced Ground Information Systems, Inc.
`of Jupiter, Florida and AGIS Software Development LLC of Marshall, Texas. 87 FR 80568-69
`(Dec. 30, 2022). The complaint, as supplemented, alleges violations of section 337 of the Tariff
`Act of 1930, as amended, 19 U.S.C. 1337, based on the importation into the United States, the
`sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain location-
`sharing systems, related software, components thereof, and products containing same by reason
`of the infringement of certain claims of U.S. Patent Nos. 8,213,970; 9,467,838; 9,445,251;
`9,749,829; and 9,820,123. Id. at 80568. The complaint further alleges that a domestic industry
`exists. Id.

`On January 19, 2023, the ALJ issued the subject ID setting a 19-month target date for
`completion of the investigation. The following day, the ALJ issued a “corrected” version of the
`subject ID, moving the due date for the final initial determination from Saturday, March 30,
`2024, to Friday, March 29, 2024. No petitions for review of the subject ID were filed.
`
`The Commission has determined not to review the subject ID.
`
`The Commission vote for this determination took place on February 3, 2023.
`
`The authority for the Commission’s determination is contained in section 337 of the
`Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (19 U.S.C. 1337), and in Part 210 of the Commission’s Rules of
`Practice and Procedure (19 CFR Part 210).
`
