`LLC, OnePlus Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd, Panasonic Corporation, Panasonic Corporation
`
`of North America, Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., Samsung Electronics America, Inc., Sony
`
`Corporation, Sony Mobile Communications, Inc., TCL Technology Group Corporation, TCL
`
`Communication Technology Holdings Limited, TCL Electronics Holdings Limited, TCT Mobile
`
`(US) Inc., Xiaomi Corporation, Xiaomi H.K. Ltd., Xiaomi Communications Co., Ltd., and Xiaomi

`Inc. (collectively, “Respondents”) moved (Mot. 1347-001) to extend the deadline to file their
`
`respective responses to the Complaint and Notice of Investigation, including Respondents’
`
`submission on the public interest, to February 6, 2023. Neither Complainants AGIS Software
`
`Development LLC and Advanced Ground Information Systems, Inc. or the Commission
`
`Investigative Staff oppose the motion. Mot. at 2.
`

`Respondents submit that good cause exists for the requested extension. They explain that
`
`“[t]he Complaint raises numerous factual issues and allegations, and the response will require the
`
`
`
`coordination of Respondents, presently over the holiday period.” Id. at 3. Respondents further
`
`explain that “[t]he extension of time will give Respondents necessary time to verify the factual
`
`issues and investigate the allegations raised in the Complaint.” Id.
`

`
`There being no opposition and for good cause shown, Motion No. 1347-001 is hereby
`
`GRANTED.
`
