`
`
`ORDER NO. 29: GRANTING JOINT MOTION OF THE PRIVATE PARTIES FOR
`EXTENSION OF THE DEADLINE TO FILE REPLY POST-TRIAL
`BRIEFS
`
`
`
`
`
`(April 19, 2022)
`
`On April 19, 2022, complainant AliveCor, Inc. (“AliveCor”) and respondent Apple Inc.
`
`(“Apple”) moved (1266-031) to extend the deadline for reply post-trial briefs from April 25,
`
`2022 to April 29, 2022. The motion argues the “modest extension is warranted given the various
`
`holidays that occurred on and following the filing of the parties’ initial post-trial briefs” (Mot. at
`
`2), and represents, “[t]he Commission Investigative Staff does not oppose the requested relief”
`
`(id. at 3).
`
`There being no opposition, the joint motion (1266-031) is granted.
`
`SO ORDERED.
