`On June 4, 2021, respondent, Apple Inc. (“Apple”), moved (1266-001) for an extension
`
`of time, until June 28, 2021, to respond to the Complaint and Notice of Investigation. Apple
`
`explains that, “the extension will permit Apple to more fully investigate the allegations in the
`
`Complaint, compile the information requested by Commission Rule 210.13(b), and explore and
`
`develop potential defenses.” Mot. at 2. Apple further states that Complainant and the Office of
`
`Unfair Import Investigations (“Staff”) do not oppose this Motion. Id.
`
`For good cause shown, and there being no opposition, Apple’s motion (1266-001) is
`
`hereby granted.
`
