The parties are directed to review and comply with Judge Rowland's standing order for criminal jury trials, which is available on Judge Rowland's webpage located on the Court's website at www.ilnd.uscourts.gov. All motions in limine and any Santiago motions due by 1/27/2025. Responses to motions in limine and Santiago motions due by 2/3/2025. The parties' joint pretrial statement, joint document regarding proposed voir dire questions, and joint document regarding proposed jury instructions and verdict forms due by 2/7/2025. By 2/7/2025, the parties must provide the Court with an exhibit binder containing copies of the objected-to exhibits, as well as one USB or electronic storage device containing all proposed exhibits (whether objected to or not). After the pretrial conference and rulings on exhibits, parties are to provide the final, pre-marked exhibits along with an exhibit list on two USBs or two electronic storage devices to the Court by 2/28/2025. (Any required delivery should be to the courtroom deputy (Room 1226) by 5:00pm on the due date). Parties will be responsible for filing a final exhibit list on the docket at the close of evidence at trial.
