`On September 19, 2017, Defendant Gary Solomon (“Solomon”) filed his Motion
`
`for Permission to Leave Jurisdiction and the associated exhibit, both of which contain
`
`confidential information. Pursuant to Local Rule 26.2, Solomon contemporaneously
`
`moves this Court to allow him to file that Motion and its associated exhibit under
`
`seal. In support of this Motion, Solomon states as follows:
`
`1. On September 19, 2017, Solomon filed his Motion for Permission to
`
`Leave Jurisdiction, which has one exhibit attached. Both the motion and the exhibit
`
`contain confidential information.
`
`2. Accordingly, Solomon respectfully requests that this Court seal those
`
`documents.

`WHEREFORE, Gary Solomon respectfully requests that this Court enter an
