`The above-styled case was initially filed on October 16, 2015 and assigned to Judge

`Rodney Gilstrap. On March 1, 2016, before the submission of the parties’ Docket Control Order,
`
`the case was reassigned to Judge Robert W. Schroeder, III. See Doc. No. 55. As such, the parties
`
`have been given new jury selection and trial dates with Judge Schroeder, as well as dispositive
`
`motion hearing and pretrial conference dates with Judge K. Nicole Mitchell. Thus, the parties are
`
`ORDERED to submit an up-to-date Docket Control Order incorporating the dates set forth
`
`below within ten (10) days of the entry of this Order.
