`The Court heard from the parties on SIPCO's motion to transfer.
`Discussion was had regarding the joinder of BP and whether BP
`is a necessary party. Plaintiffs are to provide the interrogatory
`answers. Discussion was had concerning the motion to sever,
`mediation, scheduling, and possible appointment of a special
`master. The Court dismissed the [51] Motion for Order
`Enjoining Defendants From Prosecuting The Second-Filed
`Action as moot (1:15-cv-0319-AT). Re the [50] Motion to De-
`Designate Defendants' Infringement Contentions, the parties are
`to let the Court know by August 31 how their discussions go and
`if they can resolve this issue (1:15-cv-0319-AT). The Court
`stayed the current briefing schedule through Monday, August 15,
`2016. The Court will hold a telephone conference at 3:30 PM on
`Monday, August 15, 2016.
