`Thank you for taking my call today. As I mentioned, we need to serve the BP entity in the UK. The
` options remain accepting service (which is preferred) or foreign service (which is costly and time
` consuming). I understand, based on our discussions in January and also this morning, that your team
` is working on a stipulation regarding the BP entity in the UK that might obviate the need for service.
` Although we remain willing to explore this option, we do not want SIPCO to suffer prejudice by the
` passing of time. Accordingly, please confirm that the time spent waiting to receive the stipulation
` from the BP entity in the UK will not be held against SIPCO, and that if extending the time to serve
` the BP entity in the UK becomes a necessity, that the defendants and the BP entity in the UK will
` assent to such relief. Last, please let us know if the BP entity in the UK will accept service, which will
` obviate the need for any extensions. Thank you.
