`NOTICE OF DEPOSITION OF JOHN GROVES
`
`PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to Rules 26 and 30 of the Federal
`
`Rules of Civil Procedure, Defendants SIPCO, LLC and IP Co., LLC (collectively,
`
`"Defendants") will take the deposition of John Groves by oral examination using
`
`video tape, audio tape, or other stenographic means, or a combination of those
`
`means. The deposition will commence on February 2, 2016, at the Renaissance St.
`
`Louis Airport Hotel, 9801 Natural Bridge Road, St. Louis, MO 63134, or at such
`
`date, time and place as otherwise agreed to in writing by counsel. The deposition
`
`will continue from day to day beginning at 9:00 am until completed, with such
`
`adjournments as to time and place as may be necessary. The deposition will be
`
`
`

`before a Notary Public or other officer authorized by law to administer oaths. The
`
`deposition will be taken for the purposes of discovery, for use at trial in this matter,
`
`and for any other purpose permitted under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
`
`and the Local Rules of this Court.
