`PLAINTIFFS’ STATUS REPORT REGARDING ONGOING
`SETTLEMENT DISCUSSIONS
`
`On May 8, 2014, this Court granted Plaintiffs Emerson Electric Co., Fisher-
`
`Rosemount Systems, Inc., and Rosemount Inc.’s (collectively, “Emerson” or
`
`“Plaintiffs”) motion to administratively terminate this action pending conclusion of
`
`settlement negotiations. (Dkt. No. 25). The Court also ordered Plaintiffs to
`
`provide “a status report in six (6) months advising whether the case should be
`
`reopened.” (Id.).
`
`The settlement negotiations between Plaintiffs and Defendants are ongoing.
`
`Since this action was terminated, Plaintiffs, Defendants, and the third-parties
`
`referenced in Plaintiffs’ motion have worked to resolve the dispute that underlies
`
`
`

`the present action. However, no agreement has been reached yet. As a result,
`
`Plaintiffs believe that maintaining the case in its “administratively terminated”
`
`state will permit the settlement discussions to continue.
