`COMES NOW the Defendant, WESLEY RICHARDS, by and through his undersigned counsel,

`and files this Motion and states as follows:
`
`1. Plaintiff filed an Amended Complaint in this matter on June 1, 2023.
`
`2. Defendant filed a Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff’s Amended Complaint on June 12, 2023.
`
`3. The Parties believe that 20 minutes should be sufficient for the hearing on the Motion to
`
`Dismiss Plaintiff’s Amended Complaint.
`
`4. Thus far, Defendant has been unable to obtain a date for a 20-minute Special Set hearing.
`
`WHEREFORE, Defendant respectfully requests this Honorable Court for the entry of an
`
`Order Specially Setting Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff’s Amended Complaint.
`
`Counsel for the Defendant has conferred with counsel for the Plaintiff who does not
`
`oppose this Motion so long as he does not have a conflict on the date the hearing is
`
`scheduled.
