`THIS CAUSEcamebefore the Court on Plaintiff's Motion for Final Judgment in Garnishment
`and for Order Directing Garnishee to Disburse Funds; Garnishee having filed an Answer on
`November19, 2019, admitting Defendant was an employee of Garnishee on the date of the
`service of Continuing Writ of Garnishment, and is indebted to Defendant for salary or wages,
`and Defendant having failed to respond or assert any defensesto Plaintiff's Notice of
`Garnishment served on Defendant, it is
`
`ORDERED AND ADJUDGEDasfollows:
`
`1. Plaintiff, ASSET ACCEPTANCE, LLC,shall recover from Garnishee, PANASONIC
`CORPORATION OF NORTH AMERICA,the 25% of Defendant's disposable earningsthatit
`has withheld from Defendant's wages since the date the Continuing Writ of Garnishment was
`served. Garnishee shall continue to withhold from Defendant each pay period and to pay
`Plaintiff on a per pay period basis, 25% of Defendant's disposable earnings (the part of earnings
`remaining after the deduction of any amounts required by law to be deducted for any pay period
`or no more than the amount by whichthe individual's disposable earnings for the pay period
`exceeds 30 times the federal minimum hourly wage, whicheveris less) as Garnishee becomes
`indebted to Defendant by reason of salary or wages until the Judgmentis paid in full or further
`order of this Court.
`
`2. Garnishee is hereby allowed to deduct an additional $5.00 from the first deduction and $2.00
`from all future deductions until the Judgmentis paid or until further order of this Court.
`
`3. Plaintiff's garnishmentcosts in the amount of $0.00, which includes Garnishee's attorney
`costs offset, if any, are taxed in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendant. The total amount to be
`paid to the Plaintiff includes the Final Judgment amount of $7,310.69, plus post-judgment

`interest pursuant to § 55.03, Florida Statutes, from the date of the judgment, and post-judgment
`court costs, less post judgment payments received, for a current balance of $16,557.05 which
`shall continue to accrue post judgment interest until paid in full.
`
`4. The Court hereby directs Garnishee to disburse any andall funds withheld from Defendant's
`earnings since October 31, 2019, 15 days from the date of this Order and to continue to withhold
`and disburse 25% of Defendant's disposable earnings per pay period.
`
`5. All payments shall be made payable to Midland Credit Management, Inc. and mailed to
`P.O. BOX 2121 WARRENMI48090-2121. Please reference payment with account number14-
`2.
`
`6. Upon paymentas directed herein, the Continuing Writ of Garnishmentshall be dissolved
`without further order of Court. Garnishee shall be dischargedofall liability to Plaintiff and
`Defendant for the Continuing Writ of Garnishment issued on October 16, 2019 uponthe filing of
`a Satisfaction of Final Judgment in Garnishment.
`
`7. This Court reserves jurisdiction to enterall further orders as necessary to enforce the terms
`herein.
`
