`I have learned that Huaqin legal was finally able to locate the package of documents that was sent to its Dongguang
`office. It was received by an individual who had no idea what the package was about, or what it had to do with, and
`Huaqin’s legal department discovered that only this week. However, Huaqin has yet to decide whether or not to waive
`service of the complaint.
`
`When we spoke you indicated that absent waiver BNR would move for alternative service. If BNR decides to move for
`alternative service, please let us know so that Huaqin can prepare and file an opposition to that motion. If you wish to
`discuss, let me know.
