`I had the meet and confer with Chris Clayton and Jose Rojas. The call was very short. I told them that Hon Hai does not
`do business in Florida. With respect to the accused products, I informed him that Hon Hai sells parts and services to FIH
`Mobile and that we do not introduce products to the stream of commerce. They asked whether there is a forum with
`jurisdiction, and I responded California.
`
`They ultimately stated that they would wait to see our papers. I told them that we were always open to discussing further
`to save fees for both sides either before we file or after we file, and for now we would plan to file on October 24, indicating
`that we had a conference under the local rules.
