`Pursuant to Rule 2.02 of the Local Rules of this Court, Defendant Panor Corporation

`d/b/a MAXXIMA (“Panor”), by and through its undersigned counsel, hereby files this

`Motion seeking permission to have its New York-based legal counsel appear pro hac vice in
`
`this action. In support of this Motion, Panor states as follows:

`The Motion is filed on behalf of Wesley A. Horner.
`
`Mr. Horner is licensed to practice in the State of New York (October 8, 2014).
`
`Mr. Horner has been admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern
`
`District and Eastern District of New York.

`Mr. Horner is an associate, in the New York office of Stroock & Stroock &

`regular practice of law within this State.

`Mr. Horner has not appeared in any cases before this Court.

`Pursuant to Local Rule 2.02(c), Mr. Horner has read and is familiar with the
`
`most recent version of this Court’s Local Rules. Mr. Horner is also familiar with and
`
`understand that he will be bound by the Local Rules of this Court, including in particular
`
`Local Rule 2.04 concerning discipline. Mr. Horner also understands that he will be subject to
`
`the Code of Professional Responsibility and other professional and ethical limitations and
`
`requirements governing the professional behavior of members of The Florida Bar.

`Mr. Horner will complete the ECF Attorney Registration Form online on the
`
`Court’s website promptly upon entry of an Order granting this Motion.

`resident of Florida, agrees to act as co-counsel with Mr. Horner in this action, upon whom all

`to Practice in the Middle District of Florida pursuant to Rule 2.02(a)(I) is being
