`WHEREAS, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), Plaintiffs
`
`AlmondNet, Inc. and Intent IQ, LLC (“Plaintiffs”) and Defendant LinkedIn Corporation
`
`(“Defendant”) have resolved Plaintiffs’ claims for relief against Defendant asserted in this case.
`
`NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereby stipulate and agree, subject to the approval of the
`
`Court, that all claims in this action be dismissed with prejudice. The parties further agree that each
`
`party shall bear its own attorneys’ fees, costs of court, and expenses borne by the party incurring
`
`the same.
