`MOTION FOR TELECONFERENCE TO RESOLVE DISPUTE REGARDING WIZ’S
`REQUEST FOR STAY PENDING INTER PARTES REVIEW

`Pursuant to the Court’s December 17, 2024 Oral Order (D.I. 223), Defendant and
`
`Counter-Plaintiff Wiz, Inc. (“Wiz”) respectfully moves this Court to schedule a teleconference to
`
`address an outstanding dispute regarding the following case management matter:
`
`● Wiz’s request to stay this case through final written decision in each of Wiz’s petitions
`for inter partes review (“IPR”) of Plaintiff and Counter-Defendant Orca Security Ltd.
`(“Orca”) U.S. Patent Nos. 11,663,031, 11,664,032, 11,693,685, 11,726,809, 11,740,926, and
`11,775,326 (collectively, the “Orca Asserted Patents”).

` The parties agree a stay may be appropriate, but disagree on the form of a stay in two respects.
`Wiz’s draft stipulation and proposed order for a stay is attached as Exhibit A. Orca’s draft
`stipulation and proposed order for a stay is attached as Exhibit B. A redline comparing the parties’
`drafts is attached as Exhibit C.

`Counsel per party, participated in a meet-and-confer by videoconference on the following date:
