`WHEREAS, on March 17, 2022, Plaintiff Illumina, Inc. (“Plaintiff’) filed this action

`against Defendants Guardant Health, Inc., Helmy Eltoukhy, and AmirAli Talasaz (collectively,
`
`“Defendants”):
`
`WHEREAS, Defendants’ deadline to answer, move, or respond to the Complaintis June
`
`6, 2022 (D.I. 17);
`
`WHEREAS,Defendants intend to move to dismiss the Complaint; and
`
`WHEREAS,Defendants have requested that Plaintiff consent to an extension of the page
`
`limits for their opening brief with a corresponding extension of the page limits for Plaintiff's
`
`answeringbrief, and Plaintiff does not oppose the request;
`
`IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED,subjectto the approvalof the Court, that:
